Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl combine melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the chicken evenly with the honey butter garlic mixture.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the chicken in a single layer without overlapping.
  7. Air fry for 8 minutes.
  8. Flip the chicken and brush with any remaining glaze.
  9. Cook for another 7–8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  10. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley and drizzle with extra pan juices if desired.

  • Chicken thighs stay juicier than chicken breasts.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
