Cook until the sauce thickens.
Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix until the cheese is fully melted.
Combine the potatoes and green beans in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the vegetables.
Gently toss to coat everything evenly.
Sprinkle crispy fried onions over the top if using.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.
