Combine honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan.
Warm the honey mixture over low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Split each biscuit in half.
Place one crispy chicken piece inside each biscuit.
Drizzle generously with hot honey.
Serve immediately while warm.
