Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch baked brownies 9×13-inch pan, completely cooled
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding prepared and chilled
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Fresh strawberries optional

Method
 

  1. Bake the brownies according to your favorite recipe and let them cool completely.
  2. Cut the brownies into even squares.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread a thin layer of cream mixture into the bottom of a serving dish.
  8. Arrange half of the brownie pieces over the cream.
  9. Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the brownies.
  10. Add half of the remaining cream mixture.
  11. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, pudding, and cream.
  12. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
  13. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup.
  14. Garnish with chocolate shavings and strawberries if desired.
  15. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  16. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Homemade or boxed brownies both work well.
  • Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
  • Add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
